Maitai Bora Bora Hotel, Bora Bora

The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location, offering stunning views and quiet surroundings. The rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated, but are kept meticulously clean and well stocked. The service is warm and welcoming, with some minor hiccups in terms of amenities. The dining experience is mix-rated, ranging from terrible to totally fine. The facilities could use some improvement but overall meet basic needs.

The hotel sits up the hill overlooking the 'pond,' providing glorious views of the sunrise and incredible blues of the water inside the reef. The rooms are clean, offer a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a hot pot for making tea or coffee, along with a balcony with chairs. However, the dining can be pricey for breakfast. The service is very kind and helpful, and the location is ideal for exploring Bora Bora.

Arriving at the hotel after a steep walk with barely any lights at night at the start of our Tahitian trip, we found a typical modest room that had all the amenities necessary to make our vacation amazing in the reasonably-priced apartment-style room. Although we thought about upgrading to overwater bungalows, the view from our room was so beautiful and relaxing that we wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. The location being the star of this hotel, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and the convenience of the free Air Tahiti shuttle boat.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy with all the necessary amenities to make my vacation incredible, even though they were slightly outdated. The location is simply breathtaking, with beautiful views and a peaceful, clean beach. The service was outstanding, with a very helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist and organize activities for me. However, the dining options were a bit pricey for the quality provided. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel provides a typical modest room with all the necessary amenities to enhance your vacation experience. While it's situated across the road, reaching the rooms involves a bit of a climb; however, the luggage was promptly taken up upon our arrival. The area leading to the rooms was a steep walk with limited lighting at night.
